The Craft

Ru ware was made for only about twenty years during the Northern Song Dynasty, and fewer than a hundred genuine pieces survive today. This set honors that lineage — the same sky-after-rain glaze, born in the kiln and finished by your hands over years of use.

The crackle glaze is fired at high temperature and matures with use — fine lines appear gradually, like streams forming on a mountain after rain.
